study. A set of thematic data analysis was directed by the assistance of the NVIVO 8 software. Finding approved that the informants
emphasized that their negotiations practices is based on seven main principles; sincerity, fairness and justice, accurate information,
honesty, respect, common goal, and tolerance. |
