Summary: | Relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction has been extensively studied by researchers (Sureshchandar, Rajendran & Anantharaman, 2002; Jones & Suh, 2000; McDougall & Levesque, 2000). Ghobadian, Speller & Jones (1997) concluded that companies with higher perceived quality goods and services will enjoy higher long term economic benefits.
