It should be associated with an individual bank account to make payments and have the same functionality as credit or debit card. KiplePay Sdn. Bhd. is an e-money issuer which powers Webcash and KiplePay that one of the fastest growing e-wallet in Malaysia. This study was conducted for study some questions such as whether the acceptance level of e-wallet usage high or low among the undergraduate students and the benefits that they can get from e-wallet. Besides, this study tends to know and study what the factors influence the acceptance of the e-wallet. This is because the exposure knowledge of e-wallet application and understanding concepts payment of e-wallet among the undergraduate students are low. The objective in this study is to determine the acceptance level of the KiplePay among undergraduate students and to identify the factor influence the acceptance of KiplePay among undergraduate students at UUM’s inasis café. This study had been discussed about the history of e-wallet, the acceptance of the e-wallet among the society and the factor that influence the acceptance of the application. The methodology for this study is a quantitative method through the questionnaire. The finding of this study shows that there is significant relationship between the student consumption and the acceptance level of the KiplePay. Therefore, the acceptance of KiplePay is high and can be accepted by the students. Thus, the results of this study can help to increase the level of acceptance of the KiplePay among students and provide information related to the e-wallet system. Recommendation for this study is the consumption of e-wallet should be expose to the society to improve our banking system or payment method which is leads to cashless economy in Malaysia. |
