总结:The purpose of this paper is to examine the timeliness, quality of information, accuracy of orders and personnel contact quality that can influence the satisfaction Pos Laju delivery service of UUM students. This research is using quantitative method and the questionnaire has been developed in Google Form. The link of questionnaire has been sent through social media to student UUM. The variables of this research is timeliness, quality of information, accuracy of order and personnel contact quality. The number of respondents that used in this research only 120 respondents of UUM and data collection were analyzed using Statistically Packages for Social Science (SPSS). The findings of this research show that timeliness, quality of information, accuracy of order and personnel contact quality have significant influence towards customer satisfaction in UUM. Discussion of the findings and limitation of the study is outlined.
