| Summary: | This research paper is to study the perspective of DXN Pharmaceutical Sdn. Bhd. regarding the effective supply organization management in achieving the best decision making practice. The objective of this research paper is to study how the maintain, improve quality, purchase at the lowest price and competitive position in achieving the best decision making practice. This research paper is using mixed method which consist of qualitative research method and quantitative research method. The study showed that the maintain, improve quality, purchase at the lowest price and competitive position play an important part in achieving best decision making practice of the organization. Therefore, all supply chain member should work closely on these part. The research paper can contribute in the future studies in supply organization management.
