description Online learning is one of the educational approaches that introduce the new experience of learning which gives benefit in easily and conveniently promote access to knowledge. It uses technology to substitute the way of learning and teaching. This study will examine the acceptance of online learning systems towards STML students in University Utara Malaysia. Factors used in this study to evaluate the acceptance of online learning systems are behavior, perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. It is important to know the relationship between the perspectives of behavior, perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness to acceptance of online learning systems to enhance the quality of online education. The population in the research is 1075 student from STML, COB while the sample taken is 278 students in the research which involve three different courses; MOT, POM, and Logistics. IBM SPSS version 24 was used and the result showed that the behavior, perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness have a positive and significant relationship to acceptance of online learning. Therefore, the management department of UUM should always take attention to these variables to enhance the acceptance of online learning systems among UUM students. For future research, the researcher is recommended to also consider user interface design, instructional design and demographic factors as the independent variables.
