The knowledge of the disaster will help them to protect the children if something bad happened to them or person around them. A natural disaster is “an event, concentrated in time and space, which threatens a society or a relatively self-sufficient subdivision of a society with major unwanted consequences as a result of the collapse of precautions which had hitherto been culturally accepted as adequate. Information plays a vital role during disasters. Information is essential in decision making, in damage, and needs assessment and to assist disaster-affected people and areas without a delay. The objective of this study is to examine the view of children about the disaster after reading the leaflet. |
