Summary:This study attempts to propose steps that can be taken to improve the quality of learning. This research has three objectives which are to investigate student perception on the programme outcome, to investigate student perception on the programme quality in learning, to identify the student satisfaction towards the Operation Management programme. A set of questionnaires was developed, and it has been categorized into satisfaction and respond or react from operation management student and the data collected were analyzed using the Statistical Packages for Social Science (SPSS). The questionnaires forms were distributed to 210 Operation Management students for the results of the study. The findings show most of the students are satisfied with the programme quality and the programme outcome received at the university. Finally, it is suggested for the management department to take appropriate steps to further enhance efforts to improve the quality of teaching and learning at the university.
