We propose five steps in gathering the data for the study. Starting with literature review, requirement gathering, assessing the existing trend on telecenter, data analysis using data warehouse tools, and finally proposing a model. The main contribution of our study is to propose a conceptual model that includes the process of implementing business intelligence to support the telecenters sustainability. |
