that expatriates are able to fulfill their assigned tasks with minimum distraction and able to contribute significantly to the organizations' causes.In light of this, we examine the sources of support that are influential to facilitate expatriate and their family adjustments and subsequent expatriate performance in the host country.The investigated sources of support include perceived organizational support from the organizations and social support from the host country nationals.Spouse adjustment was also tested with expatriate adjustment to determine the existence of spillover effects from family to work and vice versa.Path analysis was used to test the
hypothesized relationships and the fit of the conceptualized model. |
