“…The papers analyze the impact of the pre-campaigns in the conduct of voters in the constitutional electoral process.The research attempted to discover, in light of the theory of the effects of political communication, whether pre-campaigns have an effect or not on constitutional campaign results.It was designed a questionnaire and a survey was conducted randomly among385 inhabitants in the Metropolitan Zone of Guadalajara in march 2009 for getting feedback from citizens about the effect of pre-campaigns.We conclude that the pre-campaign itself influence the voting behaviorin the constitutional elections, so that the different parties Politicians have to take care of this type of internal processes and manage well, if they aspire seriously to maintain or achieve positions of power and public representation.…”
