Construction and analysis of competitive endogenous RNA networks and prognostic models associated with ovarian cancer based on the exoRBase database. by Zanhao Chen, Chongyu Wang, Jianing Ding, Tingting Yu, Na Li, Cong Ye

Published 2024-01-01
“…
Objective
To construct a competitive endogenous RNA (ceRNA) regulatory network in blood exosomes of patients with ovarian cancer (OC) using bioinformatics and explore its pathogenesis.
Methods
The exoRbase2.0 database was used to download blood exosome gene sequencing data from patients OC and normal controls and the expression profiles of exosomal mRNA, long non-coding RNA (lncRNA), and circular RNA (circRNA) were detected independently using R language for differential expression analysis. …”

An unusually short intermolecular N—H...N hydrogen bond in crystals of the hemi-hydrochloride salt of 1-exo-acetamidopyrrolizidine by Minakshi Bhardwaj, Qianxiang Ai, Sean R. Parkin, Robert B. Grossman

Published 2020-01-01
“…The title compound [systematic name: (1R*, 8S)-2-acetamidooctahydropyrrolizin-4-ium chloride–N-[(1R, 8S)-hexahydro-1H-pyrrolizin-2-yl)acetamide (1/1)], 2(C9H16N2O)·HCl or C9H17N2O+·Cl−·C9H16N2O, arose as an unexpected product when 1-exo-acetamidopyrrolizidine (AcAP; C9H16N2O) was dissolved in CHCl3. …”

Multi-step processing of replication stress-derived nascent strand DNA gaps by MRE11 and EXO1 nucleases by Anastasia Hale, Ashna Dhoonmoon, Joshua Straka, Claudia M. Nicolae, George-Lucian Moldovan

Published 2023-10-01
“…We show that ssDNA gaps are extended bidirectionally by MRE11 in the 3’−5’ direction and by EXO1 in the 5’−3’ direction, in a process which is suppressed by the BRCA pathway. …”

Oxygen isotopic ratios in Martian water vapour observed by ACS MIR on board the ExoMars Trace Gas Orbiter by Alday, J, Wilson, C, Irwin, P, Olsen, K, Baggio, L, Montmessin, F, Trokhimovskiy, A, Korablev, O, Fedorova, A, Belyaev, D, Grigoriev, A, Patrakeev, A, Shakun, A

Published 2019
“…We report infrared measurements of the Martian atmosphere obtained with the mid-infrared channel (MIR) of the Atmospheric Chemistry Suite (ACS), onboard the ExoMars Trace Gas Orbiter. Absorption lines of the three main oxygen isotopologues of water vapour (H216O, H218O, and H217O) observed in the transmission spectra allow, for the first time, the measurement of vertical profiles of the 18O/16O and 17O/16O ratios in atmospheric water vapour. …”

Isotopic composition of CO2 in the atmosphere of Mars: Fractionation by diffusive separation observed by the ExoMars Trace Gas Orbiter by Alday, J, Wilson, CF, Irwin, PGJ, Trokhimovskiy, A, Montmessin, F, Fedorova, AA, Belyaev, DA, Olsen, KS, Korablev, O, Lefèvre, F, Braude, AS, Baggio, L, Patrakeev, A, Shakun, A

Published 2021
“…In this study, we monitor the O and C isotopic composition of CO2 between 70 and 130 km for more than half a Martian year using solar occultation observations by the Atmospheric Chemistry Suite onboard the ExoMars Trace Gas Orbiter. We find the vertical trends of the isotopic ratios to be consistent with the expectations from diffusive separation above the homopause, with average values below this altitude being consistent with Earth-like fractionation (δ13C = −3 ± 37‰; δ18O = −29 ± 38‰; and δ17O = −11 ± 41‰). …”
