“…However, the community who tested with aspects of neuroticism it, the score are also high with an average of 2.25 which show their emotions are good because the results are on the lower scale.Overall, the analysis shows that the success of the home stay program at Kampung Parit Penghulu is driven by high personality of the community front the aspects of openness, conscientiousness, extra version, agreeableness and neurotic ism.At the same time, the program's success is also due to the ongoing state assistance.The study argues that the program's success to date is a great combination between the government and local residents.Thus, the good personality of the community should be maintained in order to achieve success.As currently much government financial aids are channel-led to the home stay program, it is hopeful that in the future the government may be able 10 slowly reduce related assistance and focus on other sectors.…”
