Crossed dimensions: undergraduates’writings as discursive presentations in the academic-ideological sphere
Published 2017-08-01“…It was noticed that most of the conflicts identified and commented in the ‘talk around text’ (LILLIS; CURRY, 2010) were related to matters inherent to the academic-ideological sphere reflected on the academic genres produced, emphasizing therefore the importance of discussions to analyze practices of academic literacies which in them are conducted. The study has been based on the discursive perspective of Bakhtin Circle, especially that of Medviédev (2012 [1928]) when considering these undergraduates’ writings not only as textual writings, but also discursive presentations, drawing it close to the assumptions of the Academic Literacies field (LEA; STREET, 1998; 2014 [2006]).…”
