A New Sythetic Hybrid (A1D5) between Gossypium herbaceum and G. raimondii and Its Morphological, Cytogenetic, Molecular Characterization.
Published 2017-01-01“…Simple sequence repeat results found that besides the fragments inherited from the two parents, some novel bands were amplified in hybrids, indicating that potential mutations and chromosomal recombination occurred between parental genomes during hybridization. …”

Chromosome banding homologies of a tandem fusion in river, swamp, and crossbred buffaloes (bubalus bubalis)
Published 1982“…The F1 hybrid (2n = 49) and one of the backcrosses (2n = 49) had karyotypes intermediate to the Murrah and Swamp parents. The C banding patterns were useful in identifying the X and Y chromosomes of the buffalo and demonstrated that a major portion of the centromere region of chromosome 9 was not incorporated into chromosome 4 during the tandem fusion.…”

Molecular genetic diversity assessment of Citrus species grown in Iran revealed by SSR, ISSR and CAPS molecular markers
Published 2017-12-01“…And CAPS marker analysis Results showed that Bakraee and one of off type Mexican lime had banding pattern similar to Clementine Mandarin, while Pummelo regarded as maternal parent of other studied genotypes Citron regarded as father parent showed definite banding pattern among 19 studied genotypes which it confirmed Cytoplasmic inheritance from mother cellular organelles.…”
