Search for lepton-number violating processes in B[superscript +]→h[superscript -]ℓ[superscript +]ℓ[superscript +]
Published 2012“…We have searched for the lepton-number violating processes B[superscript +]→h[superscript -]ℓ[superscript +]ℓ[superscript +] with h[superscript -]=K[superscript -]/π[superscript -] and ℓ[superscript +]=e[superscript +]/μ[superscript +], using a sample of 471±3 million BB̅ events collected with the BABAR detector at the PEP-II e[superscript +]e[superscript -] collider at the SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory. We find no evidence for these decays and place 90%-confidence-level upper limits on their branching fractions B(B[superscript +]→π[superscript -]e[superscript +]e[superscript +])<2.3×10[superscript -8], B(B[superscript +]→K[superscript -]e[superscript +]e[superscript +])<3.0×10[superscript -8], B(B[superscript +]→π[superscript -]μ[superscript +]μ[superscript +])<10.7×10[superscript -8], and B(B[superscript +]→K[superscript -]μ[superscript +]μ[superscript +])<6.7×10[superscript -8].…”

Observation of direct CP violation in the measurement of the Cabibbo-Kobayashi-Maskawa angle γ with B[superscript ±]→D[superscript (*)]K[superscript (*)±] decays
Published 2013“…We report the determination of the Cabibbo-Kobayashi-Maskawa CP-violating angle γ through the combination of various measurements involving B[superscript ±]→DK[superscript ±], B[superscript ±]→D*K[superscript ±], and B[superscript ±]→DK[*superscript ±] decays performed by the BABAR experiment at the PEP-II e+e- collider at SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory. Using up to 474 million BB̅ pairs, we obtain γ=(69[subscript -16]+17)° modulo 180°. …”
