“… يهدف البحث إلى تقديم قراءة في مؤشر التنمية البشرية HDI[1] الصادر عن البرنامج الإنمائي للأمم المتحدة UNDP خلال فترة الأزمة في سورية بين عامي 2011-2018 وتسليط الضوء على الأثار والمنعكسات السلبية للحرب على أبعاد مؤشر التنمية البشرية المتمثلة بالصحة والتعليم والدخل, وفي سبيل تحقيق هدف البحث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال مراجعة الادبيات والنظريات التي تتناول موضوع التنمية البشرية وبالاعتماد على الإحصاءات الرسمية الصادرة عن تقارير البرنامج الإنمائي للأمم المتحدة UNDP والإحصاءات الصادرة عن المؤسسات الرسمية في سورية خلال فترة البحث, وتبين من خلال البحث بأن التنمية البشرية من المواضيع الهامة على الصعيد العالمي والتي اكتسبت اهتماما كبيرا من قبل الباحثين والأكاديميين خلال العقود الأخيرة من القرن العشرين, وبين البحث ايضا بأن التنمية البشرية تتأثر بشكل كبير بظروف المجتمع والحياة الاقتصادية والسياسية والظروف الدولية ومناخ السياسية العالمية وبالحروب والنزاعات التي تنشأ وهذا ما شكل دافع البحث وذلك بهدف الوقوف على ظروف وواقع التنمية البشرية في سورية والأثار السلبية للحرب عليها خلال فترة الدراسة. …”
