Виявлено ряд недоліків, які суттєво впливають на загальні показники діяльності підприємства: нечітке розмежування паралельно існуючих двох брендів – МТС та Vodafone, що призводить до викривленого рівня лояльності клієнтів; зниження лояльності до МТС через закриття тарифів для підключення приватних абонентів на умовах передоплати та підвищення цін на діючі тарифи; низький рівень «імунітету» клієнтів, висока готовність до зміни оператора. …”
