Nueve de los modelos desarrollados explicaron en forma adecuada y suficiente, que el uso de las TIC con una adecuada capacitación de los usuarios en estos sistemas, un correcto valor de utilización y un pertinente nivel de seguridad informática, influyen de manera importante en el incremento del porcentaje de ingreso que perciben las Pymes exportadoras del estado de Yucatán; sin embargo, se evidencio que quien toma decisiones en la Pyme desconoce que el proceso de informatización permite alcanzar los objetivos organizacionales y maximizar el valor de la misma al dejar trabajar con mayor eficiencia, mejor capacidad de respuesta, alineación a la estrategia y reducción en los costos…”
