Published 2022-07-01“…مواد و طرائق البحث : تألفت عينة البحث من 10 مرضى يعانون من تشوهات على مستوى الوجه (مرضى الرضوض في المنطقة الفكية الوجهية الذين يعانون من عيوب نقص مادي بالنسج الصلبة ,مرضى الأورام الذين تعرضوا لاجراء جراحي سابق في منطقة منطقة الحجاج و الفك العلوي و الذقن و نتج عنه نقص مادي في العظم ,حالات تراجع الذقن الشديدة ,مرضى التشوهات الولادية ,مرضى متلازمة نقص نمو نصف الوجه ) و ذلك بين عامي 2020 و 2021 في قسم جراحة الفم والوجه والفكين في مشفى تشرين الجامعي – اللاذقية – سوريا .خضع جميع المرضى للتصوير المقطعي المحوسب باستخدام جهاز بشرط توفر عدد كبير من المقاطع )اكثر من 200 مقطع في كل محور) و سماكة المقطع اقل من 1 ملم بدقة 64 bit , ثم تم اجراء تصميم للزرعة الوجهية المطلوبة بالتنسيق بين المصمم و الفريق الجراحي بعد ذلك تم طباعة الزرعة الوجهية النهائية من مادة peek ثم إجراء الاعمال الجراحية للمرضى للمرضى تحت التخدير العام وفق المدخل الجراحي المناسب و تثبيت الزرعات بواسطة براغي التيتانيوم مع تغطيتهم بالصادات الحيوية وتمت متابعتهم بانتظام بعد الجراحة باسبوع و شهر و ثلاث أشهر للتأكد من وجود علامات انتان . …”
