The investigation suggests possible ways of their optimization in accordance with the criterion of effi ciency which is defi ned by the engagement of business community in the process of recommendations development, ensure of the maximum implementation of the business-community recommendations in the «Group of Twenty» fi nal documents, possibility of a subsequent implementation of the assumed by «Group of Twenty» obligations.…”
