    “…This route allows us to raise a diachronic dimension of physical-sport activity, from the 19th century to the present, through five fundamental stages: the modern sports practice based on associationism and federationism (late 19th-1930s) ), the evolution of sport during the Second Republic (1931-1936), the instrumentalization of sport after the civil war (1936-1939) and during the Franco dictatorship (1939-1975), the institutionalization and promotion of sport after the promulgation of the Spanish Constitution (1978), and its normalization, during the 21st century, through the public, private and third sector sports structures. After this tour, it is concluded that the promotion of physical and sports practice in our country represents a fundamental issue in the formation of citizens and points, as a final reflection, the need for such activity to be strengthened with the planning of public policies multilevel socio-sanitary, cultural and educational that allow to establish permanent and strategic synergies between sports entities of various kinds and administration.…”
