Determination of Burnout and Job Satisfaction Levels in Nurses Working in the Surgical Clinics

It was observed that the emotional exhaustion and depersonalization subscale scores of the nurses were higher in the age group of 25-29 years than the age group of 20-24 years (p<0.05) and 40 years and over (emotional exhaustion p<0.01; depersonalization, p<0.05). …”
