Published 2011“…As a correction of the situation, it is recommended to the national Office of statistics East Timor, to: 1) The national Office of statistics East Timor need to strategize programe in improving the quality of civil servants: in terms of the Coaching Staff through the process of course, the need or the placement of Employees with the ability, as well as the formation and the level of education of Employees was 2) Leaders need to set policy in increasing professionalism with out a little maybe barriers that can impede the smooth running of work at the national Office of statistics Timor-leste by using leadership style to suit the situation of the working environment of the national Office of statistics East Timor. 3) need to be an increase in the ability of the agencies in terms of professionalism, dedication, motivation, discipline, and a clean mental attitude of koruption kulution nepotisim. 4) needs to be a process of renewal, refinement and changes in the Organization of the national Office of statistics East Timor that make changes to the individual as an employee in the form of increased work motivation and changes in the form of management organization in the exercise of the tasks and functions effectively and efficiently. 5) Increase education and training programs by providing a special fund to provide scholarships to employees who have the ability to pursue higher education, providing opportunities to employees to attend training or courses related tojob statistics.…”
