    “…The fabricated GAA In<i><sub>0.53</sub></i>Ga<i><sub>0.47</sub></i>As NS MOSFETs feature a bi-layer high-<i>k</i> dielectric layer of Al<i><sub>2</sub></i>O<i><sub>3</sub></i>/HfO<i><sub>2</sub></i>, together with an ALD-grown TiN metal-gate in a cross-coupled manner.
