    “…Through this study created a model of type undershot waterwheel with the specifications of the rotor diameter of 30 cm width 15 cm the number of blades 10 pieces that can be changed slope positions blade, that is backward radial position (position A), straight radial (position B) and forward radial position (position C). tested at the Laboratory of Hydraulics and Hydrology University of Gadjah Mada PAU using the model water channels (circulation tansport sediment flume) by varying the flow rate 20 l/s, 25 l/s, 30 l/s, 35 l/s. 40 l/s and 45 l/s, Results of testing the efficiency of third windmill blades position tends to decline as the addition of discharge, However the general radial turbine with the forward position (the blade position C) has the highest efficiency compared with the second position of the other blade that is equal to 49.94% at 0,128 torque and speed ratio U/V = 0,52 on 0.035 m3/s discharge.Therefore can be concluded with the forward position radial turbine (blade position C) had the best performance compared to radial turbines backward position (the position of blades A) and straight radial position (the position of blades B).…”
