Techno-economic simulation assessment on on-grid solar photovoltaic and wind power system in alpha world city environments
Published 2010“…At the end, the study compares the solar and wind power potentiality in each alpha city and presents the project feasibility findings for both the technologies. The findings from the study can be deployed as the basis of harnessing massive scale solar PV and wind power energy from all similar climatic locations of the planet earth.…”

Measurement invariance of the higher-order model of Preschool Anxiety Scale (PAS) across child age, gender, parental anxiety, and pandemic period in England
Published 2024“…Using data from a sample of 2,221 children and their parents/carers in England, this study investigated the measurement invariance of the higher-order model of the PAS across child age (4-6 years vs. 6-7 years), gender (girls vs. boys), parental anxiety (low vs. high level), and children’s living circumstances (before vs. after the removal of COVID-19 restrictions). Our findings demonstrated the good factor structure, internal consistency, and convergent validity of the higher-order model of the PAS in all subgroups and supported its configural, metric, scalar invariance across these subgroups. …”

Evaluating the quality of evidence for intelligent tutoring systems in the tutoring of math for children aged 6 to 12 : a systematic review
Published 2020“…Out of the 664 unique studies gathered, only 14 studies made it to the qualitative analysis stage after meeting all the inclusion criteria. From these 14 studies, 4 of them showed “sufficient” evidence to support their findings on the incorporation of ITSs into mainstream classrooms, but went on to score poorly on other additional quality indicators. …”

Mimicking localized surface plasmons with structural dispersion
Published 2021“…The results reveal that structured-dispersion-induced localized surface plasmons are quite sensitive to the background refractive index but relatively robust to the size and shape of the resonator. These findings open up a new avenue for designer localized surface waves at low frequencies and may find applications in miniaturization of microwave resonators, filters, and terahertz biosensors.…”
