Identification and application of self-binding zipper-like sequences in SARS-CoV spike protein
Published 2020“…Self-binding peptides containing zipper-like sequences, such as the Leu/Ile zipper sequence within the coiled coil regions of proteins and the cross-β spine steric zippers within the amyloid-like fibrils, could bind to the protein-of-origin through homophilic sequence-specific zipper motifs. …”

Electron beam grafted Polyethylene/Polypropylene fibers: a novel approach to amine-functionalized adsorbents for Naproxen removal
Published 2024“…Notably, even at a low amine-to-isopropanol ratio (30 %) using EDA, the adsorbents achieved a high naproxen removal rate of 96.90 % within 90 min and an adsorption capacity of 247.10 mg/g, surpassing the performance of the DAP-modified (PE/PP)-g-GMA. These findings suggest that amine-functionalized adsorbents with short alkyl chain lengths exhibit higher removal efficiencies, as they are capable of reducing the residual concentration after adsorption to levels approaching the predicted no-effect concentration.…”

Surface plasmon-mediated photoluminescence boost in graphene-covered CsPbBr3 quantum dots
Published 2024“…The momentum mismatch between graphene plasmons and free-space photons is resolved through plasmon scattering at Gr/CsPbBr3 interface corrugations, facilitating the observed super-bright emission. These findings highlight the critical role of graphene as a top contact in dramatically enhancing CsPbBr3 QDs’ PL. …”
