Measuring coastal absolute sea-level changes using GNSS interferometric reflectometry by Peng, Dongju, Feng, Lujia, Larson, Kristine M., Hill, Emma Mary

    Published 2021
“…Our results show that the accuracy of daily mean sea levels from GNSS-IR is <1.5 cm compared with co-located tide-gauge records, and amplitudes of annual cycle and linear trends estimated from GNSS-IR measurements and tide-gauge data agree within uncertainty. We also find that the de-seasoned and de-trended SSH time series from GNSS-IR and collocated satellite altimetry are highly correlated and the estimated annual amplitudes and linear trends statistically agree well, indicating that GNSS-IR has the potential to monitor coastal absolute sea-level changes and provide valuable information for coastal sea-level and climate studies.…”

Transition metal dichalcogenides (MoS2, MoSe2, WS2 and WSe2) exfoliation technique has strong influence upon their capacitance by Ambrosi, Adriano, Eng, Alex Yong Sheng, Sofer, Zdeněk, Pumera, Martin, Mayorga-Martinez, Carmen Clotilde

    Published 2017
“…We found that both the metal/chalcogen composition and the type of intercalator strongly affect the capacitance of the exfoliated materials. These findings shall have profound implications on the construction of high-performance energy storage devices based on TMD.…”

Enhanced expression of codon optimized interferon gamma in CHO cells by Yusufi, Faraaz N. K., Yang, Yuansheng, Lee, Dong-Yup, Chung, Bevan Kai-Sheng, Mariati

    Published 2016
“…However, our RNA-Seq based transcriptome profiling indicated that the ICU and CC distribution patterns of different gene expression classes in CHO cell are relatively similar, unlike other microbial expression hosts, Escherichia coli and Saccharomyces cerevisiae. This finding was further corroborated through the in vivo expression of various ICU and CC optimized IFN-γ in CHO cells. …”
