Insights into morphological evolution and cycling behaviour of lithium metal anode under mechanical pressure
Published 2020“…Instead of a highly porous, wire-like Li growth in the absence of pressure, a much more compact Li deposition can be achieved when a pressure is applied to the batteries in the charge/discharge processes. …”

Deep learning assisted optical wavefront shaping in disordered medium
Published 2020“…Wavefront shaping (WFS) has been put forward several years ago to break the limitation caused by optical scattering in inhomogeneous medium, and realize optical focusing in disordered medium like biological tissues. However, usually, with traditional methods, WFS is time consuming and not cost efficient since it requires long time to obtain the information of the scattering medium. …”

Investigation on chemical protease, nuclease and catecholase activity of two copper complexes with flexidentate Schiff base ligands
Published 2020“…Furthermore enzyme kinetic studies were also performed for those two complexes towards effectiveness in mimicking catecholase like activities. Overall all the experimental results reveal the potential activity of these copper complexes towards protease, nuclease and catecholase activity. …”

Stress singularity of a notch in a higher-order elastic solid under anti-plane deformation
Published 2020“…Specifically, for a given notch angle the stress exponent becomes more negative with decrease in the first Lamé constant λ and the third-order elastic constant n, and with the increase in the magnitude of the negative third-order constant m, while it varies non-monotonically with the second Lamé constant (shear modulus) µ.These results have significant implications for notch-like defects in soft solids, e.g., replacement tissues, industrial robots and devices in biomedical applications.…”

Development of organically modified montmorillonite/polypropylene composite powders for selective laser sintering
Published 2020“…It was found that at low loadings, nanofillers with sheet-like structures such as OMMT could limit the increase in crystallization temperatures of the composite powder, thus ensuring their wide sintering windows for SLS.…”
