High-Efficiency Light-Emitting Diodes of Organometal Halide Perovskite Amorphous Nanoparticles
Published 2017“…The perovskite amorphous nanoparticle-based light-emitting diode shows a maximum luminous efficiency of 11.49 cdA-1, a power efficiency of 7.84 lmW-1, and an external quantum efficiency of 3.8%, which is 3.5 times higher than that of the best colloidal perovskite quantum-dot-based light-emitting diodes previously reported. Our findings indicate the great potential of colloidal perovskite amorphous nanoparticles in light-emitting devices.…”

High expression of MnSOD promotes survival of circulating breast cancer cells and increases their resistance to doxorubicin
Published 2017“…Specific siRNA-mediated MnSOD knockdown reversed all three phenotypes. Our findings therefore suggest that MnSOD plays an important integrative role in supporting cancer cell survival in circulation, metastasis, and doxorubicin resistance. …”

Experimental study of an asymmetric valveless pump to elucidate insights into strategies for pediatric extravascular flow augmentation
Published 2024“…Our results demonstrate that the performance is within the range of physiological requirements for pediatric circulatory devices (~ 1 L/min and < 30 mmHg). We conclude that due to the absence of reverse flow and its mechanical simplicity, pure asymmetric pumping is promising for selected cardiovascular applications with less complexity than other valveless techniques.…”

An achievable region for double-unicast networks with linear network coding
Published 2014“…We further derive a suboptimal but easy-to-compute rate region that is independent of the network coding coefficients used at the intermediate nodes, and is instead specified by the min-cuts of the network. It is found that even this suboptimal region is strictly larger than the existing achievable rate regions in the literature.…”
