High wavenumber coherent structures in low re apg-boundary-layer transition flow—a numerical study
Published 2019“…Both parts are imbedded at the primary Λ-vortex stage and spatially coincide with the spike region and high shear layer. The tip part is associated with the later first ring-like vortex, while the rear part with the remainder of the Λ-vortex. …”

Biogeochemistry of toxic gas in the aquatic subsystem of selected peat swamp area in Kuala Pahang
Published 2024“…Peat land is formed by the accumulation of partially decomposed and undecomposed organic material such as mosses and plants under anaerobic waterlogged situation, it is considered as the most dominant type of organic soils that formed under wetland conditions through centuries. When dead plants are unable to decompose in the flooded environment, the aquatic subsystem in peat swamp area can be affected due to the chemical breakdown process slower than the production of biomass which forming the peat domes. …”

Elemental characteristics of particulate matter (Pm10 and Pm2.5) from peat swamp area in kuala pahang
Published 2024“…According to the analysis, there is a rapid increase of concentration of PM form June to September and a sharp drop from September to March due to the happening of monsoon season. When the direction of monsoon season change, the graph tends drop because the wind tends to convey the PM away. …”

Molecular-level methylcellulose/mxene hybrids with greatly enhanced electrochemical actuation
Published 2022“…Based on direct strain measurements, in situ X-ray diffraction (XRD) and ex situ X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) analyses, the actuation enhancement can be ascribed to the enlarged layer distance allowing more water and ions to be intercalated/de-intercalated and MC-induced sliding of MXene sheets. The assembled soft actuator has a high Young's modulus of 1.93 GPa and can be operated in air, generating a peak-to-peak strain difference up to 0.541% under a triangular wave voltage of ±1 V and a blocking force of 4.7 times its own weight.…”
