Analysis of Thermo-elastohydrodynamic Lubrication Characteristic of the Internal Meshing Gear Transmission System by Qingqing Zhu, Qiang Sun, Yuanyuan Li, Juan Song, Guangxiao Jian

    Published 2022-01-01
“…In order to find out the thermo-elastohydrodynamic lubrication characteristic of internal meshing gear transmission, considering the influence of various gear transmission types and different modification coefficients,an elastohydrodynamic lubrication model for the internal meshing gear transmission is established to analyze the thermo-elastohydrodynamic lubricating characteristics of internal meshing gear system. The research shows that compared with other transmission types, for the modified internal meshing gear system, when the positive transmission is realized, the lubrication effect of the gear system is the best, the thick lubricating oil film can be formed between the meshing gear teeth, the friction coefficient between the gear teeth and the highest temperature rise of the oil film are the least, and the thermal adhesive bearing capacity is the strongest. …”

Eco-friendly PVA-chitosan adsorbent films for the removal of azo dye Acid Orange 7: Physical cross-linking, adsorption process, and reuse of the material by John Perez-Calderon, Diego Alejandro Marin-Silva, Noemi Zaritzky, Adriana Pinotti

    Published 2023-07-01
“…The adsorption kinetics followed the Lagergren pseudo first-order rate equation and the adsorption isotherm was best described by the Redlich-Peterson model. As far as the authors know, the maximum adsorption capacity (Qm) of the adsorbent film obtained in the present work is the highest value reported in literature (Qm = 678 mg/g at 298 K and pH = 2.5). …”

Super hydrophilic TiO2/HNT nanocomposites as a new approach for fabrication of high performance thin film nanocomposite membranes for FO application by Ghanbari, M., Emadzadeh, Daryoush, Lau, W. J., Matsuura, Takeshi, Davoody, Meysam, Ismail, Ahmad Fauzi

    Published 2015
“…Overall, it can be concluded that the unique tubular structure of HNTs coupled with the excellent anti-fouling features of TiO2 have madeTiO2/HNTs a reliable material with a bright perspective in improving the antifouling affinity of conventional thin film composite membranes for FO applications. To the best of the authors' knowledge, this is the first study dedicated to the application of composite nanomaterials for the development of TFN FO membranes.…”
