An inexpensive stimulator for visually evoked potentials based on a personal computer /

A device is described that can produce a variety of visual stimuli to be used for eliciting visually evoked cortical or retinal potentials in humans or experimental animals.The device is very inexpensive and uses a cheap personal computer(Commodore VIC 20) and a TV monitor.
