Synthesis and antitumor activities of diaqua platinum (II) complexes with carboxylates(二水羧酸根合铂(II)混配配合物的合成及其抗肿瘤活性)
首次合成两种二水羧酸根合铂类配合物[Pt(II)(H2O)2(OOC—CH2NH2)2](1)和[Pt(II)(H2O)2(OOC—CH=CHCOO)](2).用元素分析、摩尔电导、差热热重分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱和核磁共振氢谱对其进行了表征.体外抗肿瘤活性表明,两种配合物对所试的肿瘤细胞表现出较低的活性,在10 µM浓度下配合物对人膀胱癌细胞EJ的增殖抑制率分别为25.77% 和28.27%....
