This study conducted comprehensive research involving four high schools in Cluj-Napoca, employing a multifaceted approach incorporating focus groups and surveys. The findings of this investigation reveal a prominent trend in conflict resolution within these school communities: conflicts are primarily resolved through administrative decisions and sanctions. This predominant reliance on hierarchical authority structures to address disputes emerges as a dominant theme, while awareness and utilization of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) methods are notably absent.
