MRI in non ketotic hyperglycaemia with hemichorea hemiballismus syndrome
Hemichorea hemiballismus is a rare manifestation seen in diabetic patients. MRI in these patients shows characteristic findings with T1w hyperintensity in striatum. We present a case of 60 year old female showing classical clinical and MRI features.
