Isolation and phylogenetic analysis of halophilic, strictly anaerobic eubacteria S191(一株嗜盐严格厌氧细菌S191的分离与系统发育分析)

采用Hungate滚管法,从东北太平洋结壳区深海沉积物中分离纯化得到中度嗜盐、严格厌氧发酵细菌S191,通过扩增及测定其16S rDNA基因序列,利用“Clustalx”和“Mega”软件对该序列作同源性分析及系统发育分析,建立了嗜盐严格厌氧细菌属的系统发育树,表明菌株S191的16S rDNA基因序列与Halanarobium属菌株的最高同源性为98.5%,革兰氏染色呈阴性、直杆状、0.3~0.6 µm ×1.8~3.0 µm、无运动、不产生芽孢,生长NaCl质量浓度为5%~25%,最适NaCl质量浓度为7.5%~10%,生长pH值6.0~8.9 ,最适pH值为7.8~8.0 ,生长温度15...
