ЛЮМИНЕСЦЕНТНЫЕ СВОЙСТВА КРИСТАЛЛОВ ZnSe, ЛЕГИРОВАННЫХ МАРГАНЦЕМ В ПРОЦЕССЕ РОСТА
We present the results on photoluminescent properties for ZnSe crystals doped with Mn during growth process. The сontent of Mn in the reactor did not exceeded of 1.14*10-3g/g.
