Primary care–is ‘jugaad’ innovation a strategy to guide future direction?
Jugaad, a colloquial Hindi word, translates as “an innovative fix; an improvised solution born from ingenuity and cleverness.” Applying the principles of jugaad in primary health care may complement strategies used by leaders to meet the challenges of the changing healthcare landscape.
