CORRELATION OF BUILDING AGREEMENT WITH SEPARATE CIVIL AND LEGAL OBLIGATIONS
On the basis of studying home legislation, international law and works of some Russian civilists comparative analysis of building agreement with such civil and legal obligations as contrast of purchase and sale and agreement of gratuitous providing services is done.
