Spontaneous eruption of maxillary third molars in the adult patient undergoing orthodontic treatment after first molar extractions
Abstract Class II division 1 malocclusions are common, and first permanent molars are frequently compromised teeth. Removal of compromised maxillary first permanent molars with planned orthodontic treatment can result in favorable treatment outcomes.
