Structural and morphological properties of thin films Cu<i><sub>x</sub> </i>In<i><sub>x</sub> </i>Zn<sub>2-2</sub><i><sub>x</sub> </i>Se<sub>2</sub> on flexible substrates

The substrates of Ti, anodized aluminum, molybdenum, and stainless steel form a thin film Cux Inx Zn2-2 x Se2. The influence of the synthesis conditions and the substrate material on the microstructural properties and morphology of the material is shown.
