Effects of PP333 on the floral bud morphological differentiation of cucumber cotyledon node cultures(PP333调控黄瓜子叶节培养物的花芽形态分化)

应用离体黄瓜子叶节花芽分化实验系统,研究了 PP333在黄瓜花芽分化进程中的作用.组织培养结果显示,0. 3 mg• L-1 PP333处理显著促进离体黄瓜子叶节培养物的花芽分化,直接花形成率由对照的16. 86%升高至36. 02%, 直接花芽/总芽的比值达到最高,约为对照的1.7倍;营养芽形成率和营养芽/总芽的比值均降至最低,分别为对照的72%和59%.组织切片结果显示,0.3 mg • L-1 PP333处理明显提高黄瓜子叶节培养物的花芽原基百分率和花芽原基/总原基的百分率,增幅分别为42%和50%,而营养芽原基百分率则较对照降低约47%.实验结果发现,适宜浓度的PP333处理可以促进培...
