Simultaneous determination of dopa, epinephrine and dopamine with the ion chromatograph and fluorescent detector(离子色谱-荧光检测器同时测定多巴、肾上腺素和多巴胺)
多巴、肾上腺素和多巴胺在流速为1.0 mL•min-1，淋洗液为0.05 mmol•L-1 NaCl的离子色谱仪上较好地分离，用激发波长为280 nm、发射波长为320 nm的荧光检测器进行测定.多巴、肾上腺素和多巴胺的检测限分别为1.53× 10-6 mol • L-1, 8.11×10-6 mol • L-1和2.95× 10-5 mol • L-1，具有良好的线性关系和重现性.对药物样品与混合样品进行测定，结果令人满意....
