“U”-fixation dynamic system application in the treatment of spinal canal stenosis on lumbar level
Retrospective analysis of 9 patients treatment results, which were operated for lumbar spinal stenosis are presented. Technical features and anatomical ground of “U”-fixation dynamic system application in the treatment of spinal canal stenosis on lumbar level are discussed.
