Study on reuse of reverse osmosis membranes for application in the treatment of electroplating synthetical wastewater(电镀综合废水的反渗透膜法回用研究)

通过单根膜组件的工作状态研究,对不同电导率的电镀废水进行了RO膜处理,得出当非高压RO膜系统进水电导率尽量低于20 000 µs • cm-1,进水压力尽量高于1.6 MPa时可取得较高的经济效能,模拟了系统中任意1支膜和整个膜系统的产水流量公式,计算结果与中试实验数据进行对比,两组数据基本吻合.通过工程实例考察了膜处理电镀废水的回用效率....
