Transport properties of La1-xCaxMn1.03O3 epitaxial thin films(La1-xCaxMn1.03O3外延薄膜的输运性质)
本文报道了用溶胶-凝胶(sol-gel)方法,在LaAlO3(100)衬底上制备La1-xCaxMn1.03O3外延薄膜的输运性质.Ca含量x在0.2~0.621范围内,电阻率随温度的变化关系,是从类半导体行为向金属导电行为转变,在x≥0.5的4个样品中并没有发现电荷有序绝缘体(COI)和反铁磁绝缘体(AFI)现象. Tc最高达275K,MR最大可达104%( x = 0.2,H = 1.5T).在T > Tp或Tc的温区内,电阻率ρ ∝exp(— E/kT) ,说明载流子的迁移是以热激活方式进行的,热激活能为0.32~18.3meV.当T < Tp或Tc时, ρ = ρ0+AT2...
