Primary Sjogren’s syndrome manifesting as recurrent hypokalemia with distal renal tubular acidosis
Sjogren’s syndrome is an autoimmune disease with both glandular and extraglandular manifestations. We report a rare case of primary Sjogren syndrome without sicca symptoms presenting with renal tubular acidosis and recurrent hypokalaemia.
