THE PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT IN INTERNATIONAL HUMANITARIAN LAW AND CHILEAN MILITARY LAW
This work studies the sources of international humanitarian law that protect the environment during an armed conflict. Likewise, it studies the rules of Chilean military law regarding environmental institutions and the outlawing of detrimental behaviors to the environment.
